These terms are between you and Cryy business ("we", "us", the seller), the studio behind cryyy — a membership service offering Assetto Corsa graphics filters, optimized settings, skins and early-access builds. By using the site or buying a membership, you agree to these terms.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Stripe. Stripe is the Merchant of Record for all our orders and handles payment, billing, tax and returns on our behalf.

Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by Stripe's consumer terms. Memberships renew monthly until cancelled; you can cancel any time and keep access until the end of the paid period.

You must not misuse the service. That includes:

• unlawful use, fraud or spam;
• infringing intellectual property rights;
• interfering with the service's security — malware, probing, scraping;
• reselling, redistributing or sharing your downloads or account access;
• reverse engineering or circumventing technical limits.

Cryy business retains ownership of the service and its IP — filters, configs, skins, software, documentation and branding. Your membership grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the downloads for personal, non-commercial use while subscribed.

We work hard to keep everything running, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. Downloads and early builds are provided as-is and may change between releases.

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated and serious policy violations. You may stop using the service at any time by cancelling your subscription.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided without implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages (loss of profits, data or goodwill). Nothing in these terms excludes liability where the law does not allow it.
