We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date — no questions asked.

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Stripe, who is the Merchant of Record for every order. To request a refund, reply to your payment receipt email or contact our support team at cryyystudio@gmail.com and we'll take care of it.

Once a refund is issued, your membership access and downloads end. You can always re-subscribe later.
