Cryy business ("we", "us") is the data controller for the personal data collected through the cryyy website and membership service. Contact: cryyystudio@gmail.com.

• Account data — email address, login credentials (stored encrypted), profile settings.
• Membership data — your tier, subscription status and download access.
• Support messages — anything you send us by email or through application forms (including affiliate applications).
• Usage data — pages visited, referral link clicks, device and browser information, IP address.
• Connected accounts — if you link Discord, your Discord ID, username and avatar.

Payment details (card numbers, billing data) are collected and processed directly by Stripe, our Merchant of Record — we never see or store your full card details.

• security, fraud prevention and abuse detection (legitimate interests);
• improving the product and understanding usage (legitimate interests);

• Stripe — our Merchant of Record, for the sale of memberships, subscription management, payments, tax compliance and invoicing.

• Professional advisers — legal and accounting, where needed.
• Authorities — where required by law.

We keep personal data only for as long as needed for the purposes above — while your account is active, plus any period required by law (for example tax records). Data that is no longer needed is deleted or anonymised.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, restrict or object to processing, request a portable copy, and withdraw consent where processing is based on it. To exercise any of these, email cryyystudio@gmail.com. You may also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures — encryption in transit and at rest, access controls and row-level data isolation — to protect your personal data.
